The Swallow features its own outdoor deck with seating, providing a sheltered space to enjoy the surrounding countryside. It is a calm spot for morning coffee, relaxed afternoons or unwinding in the evening.
Fire pit and night skies
Guests can make use of the fire pit or access the shared barbecue and covered seating area. With minimal light pollution, the area is well suited to stargazing and enjoying the quiet of the countryside after dark.

Inside, The Swallow offers a comfortable double bed, seating area and fold away dining table. A flat screen TV with Freesat and streaming apps is provided, along with Starlink Wi-Fi and a small selection of board games.
En suite shower and kitchenette
The hut includes a private en suite shower room. The kitchenette supports easy self catering and includes an under counter fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer and electric frying pan. Local restaurants and takeaways can be found nearby in Stanley village.

Eco friendly toiletries, cleaning products and a hairdryer are supplied. Sustainability is an important part of The Swallow, with waste separation, recycling and food scraps reused on site. A tea and coffee tray is provided to help you settle in.

Secure storage is available for bikes and kayaks. The Swallow is well placed for walking, cycling, kayaking, mountain biking, fishing and winter sports, as well as access to several local golf courses.
Celebrations and dog friendly stays
The Swallow can be decorated for special occasions, with optional charcuterie boards or afternoon tea available on request. Dogs are welcome, with space for one medium or two small dogs. A shared secure garden is available for exercise during your stay.
